Home > Reach Out OLD

St Antony’s Centre’s ReachOut project is run by a team of dedicated individuals looking to help those in work and the community with their training needs and (professional) learning development.

Working across the North West the ReachOut team helps people at all stages of their employment and everyday lives to engage with and improve their skills and learning hopes.

As part of our partnership with the GMB National Lifelong Learning Project and the NW&I region, the ReachOut project has five key aims:

  • To ReachOut and develop the education, training and delivery capacity within our learning centres in partnership with employers, trade unions, training providers and the wider community.
  • To ReachOut to union learning reps and develop their skills and support networks, giving them the tools to help members achieve the skills and qualifications they are looking for.
  • To ReachOut and develop accredited and quality assured training provision and standards throughout our project centres and support staff.
  • To Reach Out to wider communities and partners to build a comprehensive, sustainable and long-term learning agenda.
  • To ReachOut to people and enable them to gain the skills and learning to further their development.
