Description

This qualification aims to develop the learner’s knowledge required to work in a team leading role. To achieve this qualification, learners will need to successfully complete all units.

Units covered are:

• Preparing to lead the team
• Support development of self and team members
• Communication and the team leader
• Equality, diversity and the team leader
• Motivating the team

Course Delivery
Paper-based, 16 weeks.

Teaching and Assessment
Assessments are due at the end of each unit. Your tutor will assess your work and build up your portfolio of evidence of learning. A certificate will be awarded on satisfactory submission of evidence of learning for the units studied.

Entry Requirements
You will need to be over the age of 19 and been resident in the EU for at least 3 years.
