Description
In a customer service role, you will often be the first point of contact for your company so it is important that you make the right impression. Whether you deal with customers face-to-face, via telephone or email, this qualification is the ideal way to improve your communication skills and develop a deeper understanding of customer service.
To achieve the full Level 2 qualification, learners will need to successfully complete all units.

Course Delivery
This course will be delivered online or paper-based over 16 weeks.
Teaching and Assessment
Assessments are due at the end of each unit. Your tutor will assess your work and build up your portfolio of evidence of learning. A certificate will be awarded on satisfactory submission of evidence of learning for the units studied.
Entry Requirements
If you choose to study online you will need a PC with Internet connection. There are some software requirements that will be discussed. Learners must be over 19, living in England and be an EU resident for at least 3 years
