Description

This course will provide a good understanding of a wide range of illnesses and health conditions, raising awareness of some of the most common health conditions. As part of the course you will study the following six mandatory units:

• Arthritis awareness
• Stroke awareness
• Dementia awareness
• Parkinson’s disease awareness
• Sensory loss awareness
• Understanding how to contribute to monitoring the health of individuals affected by health conditions

 

Course Delivery
Paper-based, 16 weeks.

Teaching and Assessment
Assessments are due at the end of each unit. Your tutor will assess your work and build up your portfolio of evidence of learning. A certificate will be awarded on satisfactory submission of evidence of learning for the units studied.

Entry Requirements
You will need to be over the age of 19 and been resident in the EU for at least 3 years.
