Kickstart Training Support Programme
STAC has been supporting communities, employers and the voluntary sector for over 40 years. Our success is built on established partnerships and the expertise and dedication of our team.
In response to the recent government Kickstarter scheme, STAC are proud to extend our services and training to organisations supporting Kickstarter candidates to ensure candidates get a fuller experience in the workplace and offer additional support to employers.
SILVER Package - £500
Our silver package aims to provide you with suitable training opportunities for your kickstarters to assist them during their placement and also access to a STAC mentor who will support them in their learning. STAC will work with the employer to identify key training areas that would support both the business and the Kickstarter candidate.
Kickstarters will be given access to a learning portal where they will be able to access their chosen courses at a time and place to suit them.
The Silver package consists of 2 training elements the first is a choice of Professional Development courses and the second suite of courses aimed at giving kickstarters the confidence and skills to find further employment and develop their personal awareness and skills.
GOLD Package - £750
Access to all of the Silver support and training plus:
- A dedicated workplace mentor with regular scheduled reviews
- A wellbeing consultation
- 3 off-site training days or one to one support for;
- Further skills training
