Description

This course is for anyone who wants to prepare for work or update their skills in their existing role. This qualification will help you gain essential knowledge to carry out a range of administrative tasks. You can study at home or in the workplace at a time convenient to you. Throughout your course you will be supported by an online tutor.

As part of the course you will study five mandatory units:

• Principles of personal responsibilities and working in a business environment
• Principles of providing administrative services
• Principles of managing information and producing documents
• Principles of supporting change in a business environment
• Principles of budgets in a business environment
• Principles of supporting business events

Course Delivery
This course will be delivered online over 16 weeks.

Teaching and Assessment
Assessments are due at the end of each unit. Your tutor will assess your work and build up your portfolio of evidence of learning. A certificate will be awarded on satisfactory submission of evidence of learning for the units studied.

Entry Requirements
You will need a PC with Internet connection. There are also some software requirements that will be discussed upon enquiry/application. Learners must be over 19, living in England and be an EU resident for at least 3 years.
