Conference Facilities
Situated at the heart of Trafford Park Village, St Antony's Centre provides a unique setting for some of the best meeting and conference facilities in the area.
Established over 30 years ago, the Centre is housed in one of the last remaining historic buildings of the Trafford Park Village. This former junior school now provides unique conference, meeting, seminar and exhibition space.
We have 3 rooms available for hire- a large conference room on our first floor and two seminar/meeting rooms on our ground floor. To learn more about our rooms click here.
When clients choose to use our venue for their events, it is extremely important to us that we get everything right for the delegates. At. St. Antony's Centre, we pride ourselves on offering a friendly, personal serivce to all our visitors.
We always look forward to welcoming new customers, many of whom enjoy the history of the building and the flexibility of the facilities. We now have a growing list of companies that regularly use the Centre as the venue of choice for their events.
Our charges are extremely competitive when compared to other facilities nearby. We have onsite parking for up to 30 cars and there are also many free public car parking spaces within a 2 minute walk of the Centre. As you would expect the Centre is fully accessible to people with disabilities. There is a disabled parking bay, ramp access and a stairlift to gain access to our first floor.
This unique project is also home to the Trafford Park Heritage Centre with permanent displays telling some of the stories of Trafford Park during more than a hundred years of it's existence. Many visitors to the centre, enjoy looking round our exhibitions on the meeting breaks and lunches and we have been described as a 'unique meeting venue' by a user.
A wide variety of organisations have used the Centre including Trafford Housing Trust, Greater Manchester Police and GM Procure.
The Flexibility of the facilities and the character of the building also make the centre a popular choice for filming. The first filming here took place in 1994 shortly after our refurbishment when we were featured in an episode of Cracker. Almost seventeen years later, the centre is still prooving to be a hit with ITV producers and we are regulary featured in Coronation Street as Weatherfield Community Centre.
