Vincentians in Partnership (VIP)
Full Time Director
£31,440 - £33,327 (outside London); £34,707 to £36,594 (London)
Hours will be 35 per week.
Position will be based in Whitley Bay or London
VIP is an umbrella body set up to foster networking and collaboration among those organisations in Great Britain which are influenced by the spirit of St Vincent de Paul. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for the overall management and development of the VIP. We are seeking someone has experience of developing and managing networks and who can meet the demands of running and further developing spirituality, justice and ethos & values programmes which are relevant to the members, staff and volunteers of the Vincentian organisations we serve.

Salford Diocese: Safeguarding Co-ordinator
The Diocese is seeking to recuit an outstanding individual to implement procedures, co-ordinate, support and promote the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults within the Diocese.
The successful applicant will:
*provide professional advice to the Diocesan safeguarding commission
*undertake appropriate casework
*liaise with relevant statutory authorities
*establish and monitor Covenants of Care
*design and deliver a proactive approach to safeguarding training for clergy, religious congregations and volunteer parish representatives throughout the Diocesse
The successful applicant will be educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualifications and have a related professional background in safeguarding.
This is a full time post although part time/job share may be considered for candidates with relevant skills in either safeguarding casework or training. The successful candidate will have access to independent transport.
Location: Catherdral Centre, Salford M3 6DP
Salary: Commensurate with skills and expereince (Pro-rata for part time)

Administration and Accounts Officer
CSAN are a chairty which are the social arm of the Catholic Church in England and Wales. We are looking for an Administration and Accounts officer to join our dedicated team.
You will join a small, enthusiastic team who are building a netowrk of member organisations throughout the country. and lobbying in public on behalf of the poor and vulnerable.
Main duties include:
*prepare and monitor financial accounts
* keep all banking records and effect banking transactions
*ensure appropriate filing for all legal documents
*produce invoices
*support the team by producing general administrative duties
*Support the CEO's diary and travel arrangements
The successful candidate must have:
*An ability to use Sage Line 500 and Microsfot Excel
*The ability to work to deadlines
*A personable and open manner
*The capacity to work in a small team supporting others
*an ability to use their own initiative
*An ability to recognise and empathise with the ethos and values of a RC Church society.
